Linda Sanders is the Director of Client Experience at Troutman Pepper Locke, where she leads the design and execution of innovative client feedback, value, and experience programs. Her strategic leadership has deepened client relationships and elevated service delivery across the firm.
In her role, Linda partners with attorneys, business professionals, and clients to drive exceptional service and co-create tailored solutions that meet evolving client needs. She also plays a key role in revenue generation—providing one-on-one business development coaching to partners and leading the client development strategy for signature firm events.
A recognized thought leader, Linda frequently presents and publishes on client service and business development topics. Her insights have appeared in leading industry publications, including Bloomberg Law, ABA Law Practice, and Law360. Linda’s innovative approach to client experience has earned Troutman Pepper Locke awards and recognition within the legal industry.
Linda is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association and serves on the Steering Committee for the firm’s Black Affinity Group, advancing initiatives that promote inclusion.
Linda holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a B.A. in English from Spelman College. Outside of work, she is passionate about music, community service, and wellness.
