Jenn Schreck leads the Client Intelligence team at Reed Smith, where she has built her career.
The CI team’s deep knowledge of the firm’s client base and systems are key in providing data
insights and analyses for a range of stakeholders and objectives.
While Jenn’s responsibilities have varied over the years, the common theme throughout has
been a focus on client knowledge. Her experience in this area includes client internal financial
analysis, client research, client feedback surveys, client relationship management (CRM) and
other data management. With a keen ability to manage project details while maintaining
alignment to the larger picture, Jenn has been integral to the success of a recent CRM roll out at
Reed Smith. Her work satisfaction comes from connecting the client pieces to allow the lawyers
to put their best foot forward with their clients.
